The equipment includes, 3D printers, large format printer, laser engravers, and CNC machines. Key Responsibilities On-Site Repairs & Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site at client locations. Installation & Setup: Install new machinery, systems, or software, ensuring proper configuration and functionality. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools, software, and schematics to identify root causes of malfunctions. Customer Communication: Explain technical issues and repair processes clearly to clients, fostering positive relationships. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service visits, parts used, and time spent. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on-site. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronics knowledge relevant to the industry Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and devise effective, immediate solutions.
