We are looking for someone who has strong general maintenance knowledge, is dependable, and can work independently to help maintain the property and provide a great experience for hotel guests. Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $21/hour Full-Time Schedule may vary depending on hotel needs Must be flexible to work either: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Flexibility between shifts is required Weekends are REQUIRED The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge and experience with several areas of general maintenance, including: HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs Electrical repairs and troubleshooting Plumbing and general repairs Painting and drywall repairs Replacing fixtures, lights, outlets, etc. Preventative maintenance Basic mechanical repairs Furniture, doors, locks, appliances, and other hotel repairs Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions General upkeep and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas Hotel maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
