This position will focus on payroll functions by processing the City’s payroll, including wage or salary increases, change of benefits and deductions, and prepare required reports, checks and direct deposit stubs. Additionally, this position will reconcile benefit billings, remit payments to appropriate agencies, as well as monitor leave balances. This position is also the lead subject matter expert for the City’s Payroll module. This position reports to the Finance Director. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The position is represented by the Camas Public Employees Association (CPEA) and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes family and domestic partner benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. Retirement benefits are provided through Washington State Retirement System. Other benefits include life insurance, paid holidays, accrued vacation time, and sick time. The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Deposit Operations Manager role located in the Newberg, OR market.
