We are looking for a BCBA to join our team as we expand our services Responsibilities Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes or community settings Complete documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines providing parent training Maintain positive communication with parents Requirements Calm, empathic, and patient nature Excellent verbal and report writing skills Communicative & collaborative. The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practice in all situations Proven work experience as a BCBA Relevant training and certifications as a BCBA Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Committed to Compassionate Care!
