We work closely with real estate, insurance, and compliance divisions to provide full-service solutions to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Processor to join our team and help manage residential loan files from application to closing. 📋 Responsibilities Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment) Order third-party services (appraisals, title, VOEs, etc.) Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies Submit files to underwriting and manage conditions Ensure compliance with state and federal mortgage regulations Prepare files for closing and coordinate closing timelines ✅ Qualifications 1–3 years Mortgage Processing experience preferred Knowledge of FHA, Conventional, VA, and Non-QM loans Familiarity with Encompass or similar LOS systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple files efficiently Understanding of TRID and mortgage compliance 💼 What We Offer Growth opportunities within a multi-division financial services company Supportive team environment Performance-based bonuses Potential advancement into Senior Processor or Operations Manager
