This pay is based on a full weekly schedule of up to 40 hours total (typically 8 hours per day). ⏱️ Overtime Pay If total weekly working hours exceed 40 hours, any additional time will be paid at a fixed hourly rate. Hourly overtime rate will be calculated based on your weekly pay: For example: $800 ÷ 40 hours = $20/hour overtime rate. All overtime must be pre-approved and documented. 📄 Contractor Status (1099) This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role.
