Repairs on windows, doors, roofs, siding, ect. Property maintenance experience. Job Responsibilities: Assist to prepare site for all project construction and perform all manual labor functions. knowledge in window & door repairs, Siding & Roofing repair. Property maintenance on rental properties. Can not be afraid of heights!!!!!!! Manage and operate all construction equipment and power hand tools. workmanship is of high quality, maintain accurate records of work being performed. Assess and help manage warranty related issues with prior projects. Communicate directly with office staff and customers. Experience: 5-10 years of experience preferred in Roofing, siding, Window & Door installation. Must have valid driver’s license. Must have own Tools and vehicle to get to and from job sites.
