Responsibilities: -The appearance and working order of the equipment at the locations we service -Hands-on problem solving -Troubleshoot and repair all models of commercial laundry equipment at customers locations -Ability to read & interpret technical information (engineering, mechanical, electrical) -Prioritize and manage daily workload to ensure successful completion -Maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures and their proper application including efficiency, service and quality targets -Customer service and commitment to greatness -Use diagnostic tools to test equipment Qualifications: -Previous experience as a Service Technician -Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills -Mechanic background -understanding threads standard & metric -Bearing sizes - Tools - must be able to lift 50 LBS -Deadline and detail-oriented -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Valid Driver’s License We provide: Paid vacation and Holidays
