About the Role The Resident Coordinator is a key member of the property management team, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a positive living experience for residents. Provide administrative support to the Property Manager in day-to-day office operations. Process lease renewals and maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records. Make payment collection and delinquency follow-up calls, and assist with status checks and lease negotiations. Move-in/Move-out Coordination Conduct unit walkthroughs before move-ins to ensure readiness. Prepare and distribute keys and welcome bags; assist with auto-pay setup and unit orientation for new residents. Coordinate dock reservations and key return for move-outs. Perform unit inspections post move-out to assess damages and assist in processing move-out statements. Front Desk & Maintenance Coordination Cover the front desk/lobby, greet guests and delivery personnel, and coordinate leasing tours.
