Strong observational and problem-solving skills Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee multiple security posts during overnight hours. This role is responsible for ensuring that all assigned security personnel are professional, properly trained, in full uniform, and actively performing their duties, including patrolling rounds and scanning checkpoints. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and random inspections of multiple security posts throughout the shift Ensure all security guards are present, alert, and performing required patrols Verify guards are in proper uniform and adhering to company standards Provide on-site coaching and training reinforcement as needed Address and report any incidents, issues, or client concerns promptly Communicate effectively with management regarding field operations Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific procedures ________________________________________ Qualifications Valid D Security License (required) Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Bilingual (English and Spanish) Prior experience in security supervision or a similar role is preferred Strong observational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Excellent communication and leadership abilities ________________________________________ Requirements Must be able to travel between multiple job sites during the shift Ability to work overnight hours consistently (8 PM – 4 AM) Professional appearance and demeanor
