Work collaboratively and manage time effectively Daily Duties would include: 1) Cleaning up grounds at properties 2) Cleaning Laundry Rooms 3) Reporting Lease violations to Management 4) Turnovers and Handle Maintenance Requests 5) Ability to work well with others and good time management skills Reliable transportation to travel within the Salem Metro Area-have valid Driver's License and Insurance
