Engage with full residential construction/permit sets We’re looking for a skilled Revit drafter/designer to join our team and help with residential projects in the Los Angeles area. We work on single-family homes, remodels, additions, ADUs, and new construction, and need someone who can take a design or 3D model and turn it into a clean, professional residential drawing set. What We’re Looking For Strong Autodesk Revit skills Experience drafting full residential construction/permit sets Good understanding of how residential buildings are constructed Working knowledge of Los Angeles building codes and LADBS requirements Familiarity with the California Residential Code Able to create plans, elevations, sections, details, roof plans, and schedules Comfortable working from 3D models, PDFs, DWGs, sketches, and redlines Reliable, organized, and pays attention to details Big Plus Previous Los Angeles/LADBS project experience ADU and residential remodel experience AutoCAD and/or SketchUp experience Experience coordinating with structural/MEP drawings To Apply Please send us: A little about your experience Examples of residential Revit work or a portfolio Years of Revit experience Experience with Los Angeles projects We’re looking for someone who knows Revit AND understands residential construction and permitting.
