This postion requires a professional who understands not just how to document a building, but how buildings are assembled and constructed. The ideal candidate is proficient in the technical aspects of building plan production and can translate design intent into accurate, coordinated construction documents. This job is IN OFFICE, not REMOTE. Key Responsibilities • Produce complete and accurate construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details for commercial building projects. • Coordinate with Project Architects, Engineers, and Consultants to ensure design accuracy, cross-coordination, and code compliance. • Review and incorporate Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil drawings into architectural plans to ensure consistency and completeness. • Develop technical details and assemblies based on a strong understanding of building systems and materials. • Maintain organized and accurate project files and documentation. • Maintain project documentation, drawing organization, and layer management control according to firm standards. • Support project teams from the end of design development through the construction phase.
