The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring products are properly received, stored, and accounted for. Essential Responsibilities: --Perform daily and cycle inventory counts. --Verify inventory quantities and locations. --Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. --Enter and update inventory information accurately in warehouse systems. --Check incoming and outgoing products against paperwork or system records. --Maintain organized inventory locations and proper product identification. --Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, and staging as needed. --Monitor damaged, missing, or misplaced inventory. --Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues. --Follow all company safety, quality, and inventory control procedures. --Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: --Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred. --Strong attention to detail and accuracy. --Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse inventory systems. --Ability to read labels, numbers, and inventory documentation. --Good communication and organizational skills. --Ability to work independently and as part of a team. --Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. --Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. --Must be dependable and have good attendance.
