This opening is ideal for candidates with warehouse pick/pack experience and/or forklift certification. You may be assigned based on your experience, certification, and shift availability. Key responsibilities: --Depending on assignment, you will handle a mix of: --Forklift / equipment duties --Operate certified forklift to load/unload materials and inventory --Move materials to/from storage areas, production stations, docks, and trucks --Inspect equipment and report repair needs --Identify damages, report shortages and quality deficiencies --Keep updated inventory records and produce activity logs --Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment --Warehouse / pick-pack duties --Pick and pack orders; shrink wrap, label, and prepare shipments --Push bins/carts; move product/materials throughout the warehouse --Use pump jack / electric pallet jack (as needed) --Maintain cleanliness of work area (including trash removal) --Work efficiently to meet daily production goals (including longer days when required) Required qualifications: --Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing/walking, pushing/pulling) --Comfortable working in a cold environment --Reliable, high-energy, team-oriented, and able to work a full shift --Strong attention to detail and good time-management --Forklift operator requirements (for forklift assignment) --Must be forklift certified (certification required) --1+ year forklift experience (or similar role) --Good knowledge of industrial equipment; excellent coordination Preferred / a plus --Food distribution / cold-storage warehouse experience --Experience with pick/pack, shrink wrap, labeling, pallet jack / electric pallet jack How to apply: If you are forklift certified, email immediately with Proof of forklift certification, and, a quick summary of warehouse/cold-storage experience.
