Summary: This role involves residential property maintenance, addressing tenant requests, and agricultural duties, including orchard care and managing a Christmas tree farm. Highlights: 1. Manage residential property maintenance and tenant requests 2. Oversee agricultural tasks, including orchard and Christmas tree farm 3. Work independently with required transportation and phone Down town Savannah repair, residential Victorian rentals. Turn vacant units, fix tenant maintenance requests. Will need to also work at our farm in Glennville. At the farm we maintain 30 acres of Persimmons and have a cut your own Christmas tree farm. Would need transportation, phone, and be a self directed. Full time or part time.
