We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with an established company. ## Responsibilities * Pre-wire single-family homes of all sizes. * Install and configure network equipment, televisions, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, audio/video equipment, and security cameras. * Build clean, organized AV racks. * Troubleshoot system and installation issues. * Perform service, maintenance, and system upgrades. * Maintain a professional and respectful presence in clients’ homes. * Work carefully alongside builders, designers, electricians, and other trades. ## Candidate Requirements * At least one year of relevant installation or technical experience, or equivalent training. * Working knowledge of residential audio/video, networking, and surveillance systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced construction environment. * Hardworking, punctual, polite, organized, and eager to learn. * Excellent attention to detail and respect for luxury finishes and completed spaces. * Clean driving record and reliable transportation. * Must own the necessary hand and power tools. ## Compensation and Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience. * Health insurance. * Paid sick leave. * Paid holidays after 90 days. * One week of paid vacation after one year.
