We handle everything from structured cabling and networking to commercial audio/video systems, VoIP phones, and smart building integration for business clients. No two jobs look the same, and we're looking for someone who wants to keep growing their skills instead of doing the same thing every day. THE JOB: - Install and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/fiber) - Mount and wire IP cameras, access control, and security systems - Run and terminate speaker wiring for commercial and Residential audio (70V systems, in-ceiling speakers, amps) - Install and configure networking gear (switches, access points, routers) - Support VoIP phone system installs - Assist with smart building/automation installs (Control4 a plus) - Work from wiring diagrams and floor plans - Travel to client job sites (local/regional) - company vehicle or mileage covered WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 1-3 years of low voltage, structured cabling, or related field experience - Experience with Lutron, Akuvox, Fanvil, Sonos, Elan, and/or Control4 systems - Must have own basic hand tools - Must have OSHA 40 certification - Comfortable with cable testers, punch-down tools, ladders/lifts - Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, patch panels) - Can read basic wiring diagrams and floor plans - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Strong work ethic, punctual, professional with clients - Able to work independently on-site once trained NICE TO HAVE (not required): - BICSI or manufacturer certs - AV/commercial sound experience - VoIP/PBX experience WHAT WE OFFER: - Full-time, steady work with a growing local company - $25-$35/hr, based on experience - PTO - Wide variety of work - networking, AV, VoIP, smart building tech - Room to grow into lead tech / specialized roles - Company vehicle Pay: $25-$35/hr, based on experience.
