Summary: Seeking an experienced building automation and HVAC controls professional for commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, and service work. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for certification sponsorship 2. Hands-on work with diverse HVAC systems and controls 3. Engage in full lifecycle of building automation projects 5+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or related field Hands-on BACnet & IP networking experience Strong HVAC knowledge: AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, etc. OSHA 40 with certificate Valid driver’s license Able to climb ladders and lift 25 lbs. Strong communication and documentation skills Willingness to take occasional after-hours emergency calls Experience with KMC, Siemens, Tridium/Niagara, or Distech is a plus. Certification sponsorship available. Work includes startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, point-to-point checkout, warranty/service work, and field network troubleshooting.
