Your goal is to manage the full lifecycle of a print project—from initial sales outreach and consulting on design needs to ensuring the final product is delivered perfectly to properties across the country. Key Responsibilities National Account Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for regional managers and corporate marketing teams at large multifamily firms. Consultative Sales: Identify opportunities to provide signage, marketing collateral, and custom print solutions that enhance property curb appeal and leasing efforts. Order Coordination: Translate client visions into clear work orders for our graphic design and production departments. Project Tracking: Manage multiple high-volume orders simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met for property grand openings or re-branding phases. Quality Assurance: Review proofs and final products to ensure they meet the high-quality standards Apartment Ideas is known for. What We’re Looking For Print/Design Familiarity: Understanding of print processes (signage, large format, offset) or graphic design workflows is a major plus. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with or for the multifamily/apartment industry is highly valued. High-Volume Capacity: Ability to manage a "national" desk—juggling different time zones and high-pressure deadlines with ease. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and order management software (experience with Zoho or similar systems is a bonus).
