Anytime Dental Care is not a traditional practice — it’s a seven-day, hospitality-driven dental spa designed like a modern consumer brand, not a clinic. We are a 20-operatory flagship dental practice in Marin, with plans to scale. We need an office manager who can take chaos, moving parts, & ambition — and turn it into a clean, running system. You are: The bridge between vision & execution The person who makes things happen daily The one who creates order, accountability, and flow You will: Own day-to-day operations Build team structure (front desk, assistants, hygiene flow) Implement systems (scheduling, patient flow, communication) Ensure 7-day, extended-hour operations run smoothly Track numbers that matter (production, collections, staffing) Hire, onboard, & manage key staff Work directly with founder to turn ideas into reality WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE The office runs calm, organized, & predictable Team knows their roles without confusion Schedule is full & optimized Patients feel premium, not clinical Problems are solved before they escalate WHO YOU ARE (non-negotiable traits) Extremely organized + execution-focused Strong communicator (clear, direct, no drama) High ownership: you see a problem → you fix it At least 2 years of dental management experience Familiar with Open Dental COMP Competitive salary + performance bonus Growth into multi-location leadership Opportunity to build something great LOCATION Corte Madera, Marin County (7 days/week operation – leadership presence expected) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working evenings and weekends?
