Responses without a resume will not be considered. The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of mobile home parks in FL, GA and TX. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and be responsible and executing on the business plans for each property to ensure the physical assets are being well maintained and meet financial goals established by you and the Leadership Team. The Regional Manager leads, coaches and sets expectations for the onsite teams to ensure excellent service for prospective and current residents. You Will: •Have direct oversight of the properties within your region and in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve company goals and initiatives. •Act as the liaison between the property and the home office/ownership/investor. •Lead, coach, mentor and discipline onsite teams in your region. •Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are produced by onsite teams are accurate and completed timely. (Invoice entry/site inspections/variance reports/quarterly bonuses/AME, etc.) •Conduct Weekly Sales Calls in tandem with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure inventory is marketed; leads are followed up on and generating leads to support filling inventory on hand. •Review AME (Accounting Month End) requirements for each location. •Review Marketing outlets weekly with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure teams are providing the necessary information needed to market homes in inventory. •Review delinquency reports to ensure teams are adhering to company collection policy. •Ensure Service Orders are completed timely with plans to complete any overdue. •Conduct at minimum, quarterly on-site inspections. •Lead Quarterly Team Meetings to review previous quarter achievements/misses and weekly 1:1’s with each site manager to keep a pulse on staffing, curb appeal, and community. •Assist managers with the preparation of the annual budget. •Make recommendations to the leadership team regarding capital improvements and/or operational necessities/enhancements, policy or procedural changes. •Conduct annual performance evaluations with quarterly performance reviews. •Consistently drive overall company KPI’s to ensure each location is on point. •Point of contact for community escalations or contractual obligations regarding services rendered at each location. •Be versed in the preparation of scopes of work, landscaping, pool, cleaning, rehab home setting, etc. as well as upholding the company standard of providing 3 bids before work is awarded. •Hold yourself and the team accountable to the highest ethical standard of customer service and integrity. •Complete and review payroll time and attendance, time off requests, commission and bonus reporting accurately and timely. •Create a culture of respect, accountability and collaboration. Challenge the status quo and strive for excellence. •Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor. •This role will require in field activity and oversight. Travel will be expected and frequent based on the needs and overall performance. •Attend quarterly Leadership Meetings, dates to be determined in advance and our Annual Company Conference. What's Required: *Property Management experience with a proven history of excellence and oversight of multiple property teams. *Ability to Navigate multiple platforms with ease. *Experience using Rent Manager a plus but not required. *Excellent communication skills *Desire to get things done as well as the ability to drive a team. *Superior time management skills with the ability to work within and adhere to deadlines.
