Pool Installation Project Manager We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Project Manager to oversee our fiberglass pool installation crews from contract signing through final walkthrough. In this role, you’ll be the key point of coordination between sales, construction crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the customer — making sure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards. Responsibilities: Review signed contracts and site plans to develop a detailed project schedule and scope of work. Coordinate and schedule excavation, shell delivery/placement, plumbing, electrical, decking, and finishing crews. Manage relationships with subcontractors (electricians, concrete crews, decking installers) and ensure their work meets timeline and quality expectations. Order and track materials and equipment to ensure availability when each phase of the project begins. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during construction, providing updates and resolving questions or concerns. Coordinate permitting and inspections with local jurisdictions as required. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site (weather delays, site conditions, supply issues) to keep projects moving. Manage project budgets, track costs against estimates, and flag overruns. Conduct final walkthroughs with customers to confirm satisfaction and project completion. Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in project management software and/or CRM system. Qualifications: Prior experience in construction project management, preferably in pool construction or a related trades industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of pool construction processes, plumbing, and electrical basics a plus. Excellent communication skills for coordinating crews, subcontractors, and customers. Problem-solving mindset and comfort making decisions on-site. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Proficiency with scheduling/project management software. Ability to read site plans, permits, and construction specifications.
