Thrive on accountability in a fast-paced project environment A growing IT organization is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and improve project delivery operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for execution quality, scheduling, coordination, and project-level financial performance. The right candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to drive results across technical and client-facing workstreams. What You'll Do • Lead the delivery of technical projects across multiple client environments • Coordinate engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving • Own the professional services delivery process from kickoff through closeout • Track scope, timelines, and delivery health to ensure quality execution • Communicate project status, risks, and priorities clearly to all involved • Maintain structure and visibility across a high volume of active projects What We're Looking For • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, delivery operations, or consulting • Skilled at organizing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong communication and follow-up instincts, especially in time-sensitive environments • Financial fluency around time, scope, and resource management • Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, cloud, or endpoint projects • Experience with project tracking tools like Smartsheet, Excel, Trello, etc. • PMP or similar certification a plus Why This Role Matters You’ll join a financially healthy and fast-growing tech firm with a strong reputation for quality execution.
