Job duties- salad and sandwich preparation, dishing and sealing trays, clearning work station and other duties as requiremed. See below for basic duties -- Cold food production ( salads, sandwiches, garnish) -- Rotate food product in storage -- Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary work enviroment. -- Dishing, packing and sealing of food trays. Required Experience in a kitchen making salads, sandwiches and salad dressing. Experience following recipes, measuring ingredients, storage of supplies and other food service requirements. Requirements: • Able to read and write English and perform basic math • Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Hours: Hours vary but are typically scheduled: 5:30 am-1:30pm 30-35 hours hours/wk. Compensation: $23.00 per hour based upon experience. Location- downtown Oakland Qualifications: • Experience handling and packing food items • Food Handler’s Card (may be obtained during first week of training) • Team player of the highest level.
