Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Approximately 16 hours per week Responsibilities: Support the individual in completing assigned workplace duties Provide clear instructions, encouragement, and appropriate reminders Help the individual remain organized, productive, and engaged Promote independence while providing assistance when needed Communicate professionally with the individual, workplace staff, and Samaritan Care Complete required shift notes and documentation Ideal Candidate: Patient, dependable, professional, and supportive Comfortable working one-on-one with an adult who experiences a disability Able to maintain consistent attendance for both scheduled shifts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous job coaching, caregiving, DSP, employment support, or disability-services experience is preferred, but training may be provided Must be able to pass all required background checks This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others succeed and become more independent in the workplace.
