Founded in 2019, CWC serves clients in the Tri-county area. We operate with honesty, accountability, and integrity regarding both our clients and our employees. CWC is expanding our reach, and seeking patient, kind, and compassionate folks to provide services to our clients. A DSP assists clients with achieving long- and short- term goals in their homes and communities. A typical shift involves transporting a client to locations that meet their goals. DSPs model and promote healthy social behavior, environments, and boundaries as they provide This position is very flexible and independent, as you develop and maintain your own schedule with clients. To develop a caseload, you interview with clients based on location, similar interests, schedules, and other factors. After a suitable match is found, you maintain a consistent presence with them. Often times, it involves community resources and recreation (grocery shopping, hiking, social activities, etc.), For the right person, this job can be an absolute blast!
