Property Receptionist
Location: Festival Field, Rhode Island Bilingual a plus!
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00–$30.00 per hour DOE
Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Property Receptionist to join its on-site property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping residents, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a busy office environment.
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing administrative support to the property management team.
Responsibilities
• Greet residents, applicants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent customer service skills.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain resident files, records, and confidential documentation.
• Prepare letters, notices, memos, and other office correspondence.
• Track resident visits, phone calls, and service requests.
• Assist with work order requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.
• Support the property management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Ensure office operations remain organized, efficient, and compliant with company policies.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, administrative assistant, front desk, or customer service experience.
• Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
