The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant / Dispatch Coordinator to join its team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
Enter, review, and manage service tickets using Novara Flex
Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets, records, and administrative reports
Collect, track, and verify employee timesheets
Assist with creating, posting, and updating job listings
Monitor and track company tools and equipment inventory
Communicate regularly with shop personnel and field crews to relay job details and schedule changes
Coordinate schedules and dispatch crews to job locations
Support daily office and shop workflow as needed
Keep records organized, current, and easily accessible
Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, office operations, or data entry
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Comfortable communicating with drivers, shop employees, and field crews
Willingness to learn new programs and technology
Dependable attendance and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Experience in dispatching, oilfield, transportation, or service industries is a plus, but not required
