The successful applicant will have excellent leasing skills and good communication skills. Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus. Responsibilities include: Leasing Apartments Completing move in and move out reports Completing lease documents Knowledge of Seattle landlord tenant laws Coordinating turnover maintenance Monitoring building issues Coordinating vendor access Managing tenant issues Other resident manager related tasks
