Hands-on position where teamwork plays a major role Southhampton Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance for our new lease-up, San Estrella Apartments, Houston, TX 77077. Must be EPA certified, have prior apartment maintenance experience including, A/C's, appliances, make-readies, and general apartment maintenance work. Must have excellent supervisory, leadership, and communication skills. Must have valid D.L. and own tools. Responsibilities include running tickets, A/C work, make-readies, pool maintenance, grounds. This is a hands-on position where teamwork plays a major role. The maintenance staff will be on the on-call rotation.
