We are looking for a Concierge Security Officer to conduct a courtesy/parking patrol at an upscale, gated HOA community in North Mesa. It is a Swing Shift Mon-Fri, 6p-2a; and an 11-hour post on Saturday and Sunday, 3p-2a. Responsibilities will include the surveillance of the premises and the protection of the residents and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, or other criminal behavior. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation and Customer Service. The goal is to help the Community in maintaining safe and problem-free conditions at the Clubhouse and its various amenities. The residents also expect a friendly, well-kept, helpful demeanor and a willingness to engage in a respectful professional manner. Responsibilities: • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property • Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area • Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations • Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions • Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation • Provide assistance to people in need • Check for key fobs when individuals are using the amenities • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site. This person is responsible for being hands on and completing the work orders on a timely basis. As a leader of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence, curb appeal and resident satisfaction of the apartment community. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Work with Community Manager to coach the maintenance team and monitor the team’s performance against community goals. Assist in training the maintenance team staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures. Assist Community Manager with annual budget and making recommendations on bids Adhere to and enforce compliance of all state law regulations and CONAM policies and procedures relating to the apartment community Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency maintenance services as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all maintenance activities. Ability to drive locally for business purposes pertaining to property management maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position) Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent. 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred Technical Experience: Able to handle tools and power equipment, such as drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC systems, and plumbing tools. including proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications strongly preferred Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, team members, and vendors effectively. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and creating a positive living experience. On Call Rotation:  Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation to handle apartment maintenance emergencies. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
