Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. Willingness to work hard in outdoor environments and changing conditions. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen. 🕐 Work Schedule Current shift: 2 PM – 12 AM Must be flexible with hours and seasonal changes. Expect 10–12 hour shifts, 5–6 days per week, including Saturdays.
