Salary: $100K-$119K Summary/Objective The project manager builds a CPM schedule and assures the projects are built on time and within budget, coordinates all budget activities concerned with the site grading and asphalt paving of construction projects. Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project from start to finish and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation. Establishes and maintains relationship with General Contractors / customers to obtain bid opportunities and insure quality work. Essential Functions Works with customers to obtain and bid work opportunities on construction of road and site construction projects in the public and private markets Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with construction of these projects. Establish project objectives and confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction challenges. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities. Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings. Work with contract administrator to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the customer. Requisition supplies and materials to complete project. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients. Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs and scheduling. Work with dispatcher to assign workers to construction sites to work on specified projects. Ability to track time and material and change orders Having a current base of relationships with customers such as General Contractors in past work experience is a plus Competencies Communication Proficiency. The Proposal Project Manager I will be responsible for ensuring all requests from Request For Proposals (RFPs), including task delegation, proposal process, and submission to the Sales team are comprehensive. They will manage the proposal process to ensure the final proposal deliverables meet company quality standards and all deliverables on schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments Produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the organizations value proposition, coordinate proper governance and proposal sign off Improve proposal writing results by evaluating, recommending, and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and templates from time to time Review RFPs and ensure the Proposal team is prepared to get all needed details during the initial program meetings with the Sales team Research and analyze historical data and develop pricing models to support proposal efforts Develop reports as needed to support analytical and pricing efforts Initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy Manage the coordination and influencing of proposal content to ensure the final proposal deliverables meet quality standards and RFP deadlines Own the proposal/pricing worksheet content from RFP through customer delivery. This individual will serve as the on-call escalation point for HVAC installation technicians encountering challenges with Mini Split unit installations. The ideal candidate understands the electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting aspects of installation and can provide clear, effective guidance over the phone. Key Responsibilities Provide on-call phone support to field technicians installing Mini Split systems. Troubleshoot installation issues, including electrical connections, wiring diagrams, refrigerant line setup, and control configurations. Walk technicians through diagnostic steps and problem resolution in real-time. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineering or manufacturer support when necessary. Document support calls and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mini Split systems, installation standards, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with training teams to provide feedback on common issues and recommend improvements. Qualifications Hands-on experience installing and servicing Mini Split HVAC systems (minimum 3–5 years preferred). Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to calmly guide technicians through problems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work an on-call schedule. No degree required—experience and technical expertise are the priority. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus.
