Job Purpose Assist the Production department in maintaining quality standards and efficient production. Key Responsibilities ● Manage and update monthly production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and production goals. ● Support team leaders and the Production Supervisor in maintaining high product quality. ● Communicate scheduling updates and changes to the Production Supervisor, team leaders, and other relevant departments. ● Accurately complete required documentation and assist with lot numbering processes. ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, and help team members with general production tasks. ● Verify material status in Deacom and request material releases ● Partner with Quality Department to print batch records timely to align with production schedule ● Participate in weekly production meetings with NJ Team ● Track production supplies inventory and replenish as necessary ● Partner with Sanitation Department to assure cleaning room supplies are fully stocked ● Work with Shipping Department to track finished goods inventory and send to NJ ● Show a willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow within the role. ● Complete all required training activities in a timely manner. ● Maintain regular, on-site attendance, act reliably, and follow through on assigned tasks ● Other duties/projects as assigned, including tasks outside the scope of the primary responsibilities as needed, based on the needs of the organization. We are looking for an operator for an industrial gang saw at Viking Pallet in Maple Grove. We cut and process hardwood cants into pallet lumber on this saw. The ideal candidate will have experience operating complex industrial equipment. The role is 6:30am - 3pm Monday - Thursday and 6:30am - 12pm on Friday.
