Position Overview: As a Concrete Worker at ZEMLOCK LLC, you will play a vital role in constructing and finishing concrete structures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up job sites, including the foundation for pouring concrete. Mix and pour concrete according to specifications and project requirements. Use hand and power tools to form, shape, and finish concrete structures. Ensure quality control by checking for proper thicknesses, levels, and finishes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Perform maintenance and repairs on concrete surfaces as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in concrete work or a related field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Familiarity with various concrete forming, finishing, and pouring techniques. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
