Click here to get started: Culture Index Survey Link Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Develop and maintain efficient recordkeeping and accounting systems using modern technology. Closing Processes: Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing entries, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Complex Accounting: Handle advanced accounting systems, including managing prepaid expenses and deferred revenues. Daily Operations: Manage daily financial transactions and maintain comprehensive financial records using spreadsheets and bookkeeping software. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring that invoices are processed, and payments are collected promptly. Calculations: Calculate and record interest charges and other applicable fees. Budgeting: Prepare budgets and supporting documents in various formats for review by senior leadership. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Collaboration: Engage with team members and external parties to ensure clarity and accuracy in all financial transactions. Reporting: Compile and present accurate, timely financial reports for senior leadership. Requirements What You Bring: Education & Experience: College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience. 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, including budgeting and custom reporting. Proven ability to manage closing processes and complex accounting systems. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Maintain precise and efficient recordkeeping and accounting systems using modern technology. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial analysis and reporting. Proven ability to manage closing processes and complex accounting systems. Knowledge & Skills: Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams. Strong understanding of GAAP and Arizona TPT regulations. Experience with ERP systems, EOS, or process improvement initiatives. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a thorough approach to tasks. Ability to foresee consequences and ensure accuracy and completion in financial reporting. JOB DESCRIPTION: To issue paychecks and tax forms, while maintaining employee records. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports are part of the process. 1. Process and issue payments of wages/fees for domestic salaried, FI National directors and Australian employees. 2. Reconcile all payroll data, including all earnings, deductions, garnishments, and taxes. 3. Coordinate with both Domestic and Overseas, internal, and external departments for payroll changes and ancillary activity. 4. Prepare monthly payroll reports, including Contractor man-hours, Stock, RSU, Severance, Australia earnings/tax, and PAC contributions. 5. Prepare quarterly payroll reports, including Workers Compensation and United Way contributions. 6. Assists the Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, Auditors and employees with inquiries and research matters. 7. Responsible for domestic year-end processing and W2 tax filing. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements required for candidate to be considered for this position: High School diploma or GED 3 years payroll, tax, and accounting experience Preferred Qualifications: 6 months SAP experience, as well as 6 months ADP experience Microsoft Office knowledge - Basic to intermediate level Practical use of a 10-key calculator Ability to work in a team environment Initiative-taker and motivated , capable to work remotely with minimal supervision Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85040
