You’ll be the single voice with clients/GCs while aligning Engineering, Purchasing, and Field to deliver on schedule, on budget, and to WI/AWI quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full cycle: award → submittals/shops → procurement → fabrication → delivery/install → punch/closeout; maintain schedules and 2-4 week look-aheads. • Coordinate drawings and scope: review/shop markups, RFIs, and clarifications; align details to plans/specs, budget, and client standards. • Cost and scope change management: track budgets/exposure, process change orders and manage monthly billings through closeout. • Field readiness: lead site walks, logistics, and protection plans; resolve issues quickly with single-voice comms. • Quality and standards: hold to AWI/WI requirements from mockup to final punch. Desired Skills and Qualifications: • 3+ years managing architectural millwork/casework or closely related specialty-trade projects (commercial TI, lobbies, labs, healthcare, etc.). • Proven ownership of submittals/shops, RFIs/COs, and monthly billing; able to maintain schedule and hit install windows. • Tool fluency: Bluebeam (overlays/markups), Procore (or similar PM platform), and Excel/Sheets (grids & trackers). • Plans/spec literacy; confident collaborating with design teams and drafting/engineering; detail and craftsmanship mindset. • Familiarity with AWI/WI acceptance criteria and mockup/finish expectations. • Clear, concise writing and a calm client presence under pressure. • Shop drawing exposure or time in millwork shop.
