About the Role McLane Manufacturing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/ Millwright to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance, solve problems, and support innovative solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and test mechanical and electrical systems and components • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses • Create designs and layouts using CAD software • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery / equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical issues • Conduct testing, quality control, and inspections • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet specifications and industry standards • Maintain clear documentation and reports (design changes, test results, troubleshooting) Requisitos / Responsabilidades (Español) • Diseñar, desarrollar y probar sistemas y componentes mecánicos/eléctricos • Realizar cálculos, simulaciones y análisis de ingeniería • Trabajar con software CAD para crear diseños y planos • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas mecánicos/eléctricos • Realizar pruebas, control de calidad e inspecciones • Colaborar con equipos internos para cumplir especificaciones y normas de la industria • Mantener documentación e informes técnicos Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual (Spanish & English) • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment 📩 Interested?
