Production workers- Hiring Immediately (Raleigh/Durham)

Production Workers Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Supervisors: $18-$20 Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Job description: Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled and manufactured to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties: Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment on the assembly line.  Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.  Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.  Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.  Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as needed.  Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.  Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment as they arise. Qualifications  Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred.  Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.  Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operations and maintenance is essential.  Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.  Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.  Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.  Bilingual Spanish/English a plus Benefits:  401(k) 6% Match  Dental insurance  Health insurance  Paid time off  Vision insurance Hiring Immediately !!
