Compartir📢 WE’RE HIRING: DRIVERS, HELPERS, & WAREHOUSE WORKERS 📍 Location: Bronx, NY | Full-Time | Home Daily Join Standard Recycling Corp, a leader in textile recycling, with decades of experience helping divert textile waste from landfills. We’re growing fast and hiring dependable team members who want job security, a steady paycheck, and the opportunity to grow with us. 🚛 DRIVERS Pay: $16.50–$25.00/hour Hours: 30-50/week | 10–12 hour shifts | Type: Company Driver (Box Truck 16–26 ft) Driver Responsibilities: -Perform daily pre- & post-trip truck inspections -Follow assigned routes and pick up donations from drop centers -Load and unload bags (up to 50 lbs) of clothing and shoes -Keep donation bins and sites clean and clear of overflow -Accurately record data and report to managers -Follow all DOT and company safety procedures Driver Requirements: -Valid Driver’s License, DOT Medical Card, and clean MVR (no violations in past 3 years) -2 years of experience driving box trucks (16–24 ft) -Able to work weekends, nights, and shifts (10–12 hrs) -Physically able to lift, bend, and load 50lb bags -Must speak and read English (Spanish is a plus) -Strong time management and communication skills 🤝 HELPERS (Ride Along with Driver) Pay: $16.50/hour Hours: Varies based on driver schedule Type: Physical field work, hands-on assistance Helper Responsibilities: -Ride with drivers and help load/unload bags at each stop -Clean and lock bins after each pickup -Lift up to 50 lbs -Remove any overflow or trash from donation sites -Assist in stacking bags safely and efficiently inside the truck Helper Requirements: -Must speak English -Must have reliable transportation to Bronx, NY -Must have a working phone and be responsive -Must pass a drug screening Physical fitness required – this is a labor-intensive role Punctuality and time management are critical 🏭 WAREHOUSE WORKERS Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Some Saturdays required 1-day notice (non-negotiable) Hours: 40–50+ per week (overtime available) Warehouse Duties: -Unload clothing and shoes from the trucks -Sort and organize donations by type/condition -Lift and move 50lb bags as needed -Maintain a clean, organized workspace -General warehouse support tasks as assigned Warehouse Requirements: -Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet -Reliable, on-time, and willing to work weekends as needed -No background check or resume required -Team players with a positive attitude will be promoted quickly ✅ Benefits for All Positions: Paid time off & sick time Paid training Performance bonuses & referral program Fuel discounts All safety equipment is provided Opportunities for promotion based on performance 📧 Ready to join the team?
