Company Website: https://bluetechinnovation.com Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of related experience, preferably working with external clients in the Managed Services or IT Services industry. • Hands-on experience with: • Firewall support and configuration • Switch installation, configuration, and troubleshooting • Server hardware and associated technologies • Cabling and wiring • Strong knowledge in: • Infrastructure cabling and wiring • Networking concepts • PC repair and hardware component testing • Replacing hardware in servers, desktops, and laptops • Physical networking concepts • On-site and off-site backup solutions Key Responsibilities: • Provide administration and internal support for company systems, including PCs, Macs, phones, printers, servers, and other related equipment. • Offer end-user support for both office-based and remote employees. • Ensure the health, stability, and best practices configuration of client infrastructures. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the following technologies: • Windows Server, VPN Clients, Group Policy, Folder Permissions • Firewalls, Printer Servers, Office 365 • Mac systems, workstation and network connectivity issues • Exchange Server, Microsoft Office Applications, and the latest Microsoft Office suite versions License Requirement: • Valid Driver's License (Required) Work Authorization: • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Required) Compensation and Benefits: • Base Salary: $55,000 per year • Benefits: • Health Insurance • Employee Discounts • Bonuses Work Schedule: • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
