Se requieren visitas regulares al sitio de trabajo según el estado del proyecto y los requisitos del cliente.\r\n Preparar órdenes de cambio para su ingreso en el software de construcción Procore, a fin de actualizar las órdenes de compra y el monto del contrato a los subcontratistas.\r\n Realizar la adquisición del proyecto (redactar hojas de alcance, negociar con proveedores) tal como sea revisado con el Gerente Senior/Gerente de Proyecto.\r\n Revisar y aprobar las RFIs generadas por el Ingeniero de Campo o redactar y difundir preguntas y respuestas de RFIs según las responsabilidades asignadas.\r\n Preparar entregas para enviar al arquitecto/ingeniero (revisarlas para cumplir con las especificaciones) en Procore para la revisión y aprobación de materiales. Puede delegar algunas revisiones de entregas al Ingeniero de Campo y realizar un seguimiento de su progreso hasta la finalización de las entregas.\r\n Realizar un seguimiento de las entregas devueltas y los comentarios sobre ellas para completarlas o darles seguimiento.\r\n Llevar a cabo reuniones quincenales con subcontratistas y reuniones previas a la instalación.
