Typical work hours are 42 hours – 84 hours a week Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintain friendly and welcoming environment • Greet and establish rapport with customers. • Monitor CCTVs • Adhere to strict work processes, respect, and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers; • Maintain a clean work environment • Fulfill tasks and duties assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner Skills & Qualifications: • Valid California ID • Experiences in retail sales preferred; • Knowledge of marijuana strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, and current products on the market; • Dispensary-related experience a plus; • Must be friendly, upbeat, trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking; • Must be able to provide exemplary customer service, and represent the business with pride; • Must have reliable form of transportation + open to commute
