Este puesto permite a los candidatos aprovechar su formación y experiencia militar para adquirir habilidades valiosas en la industria del hormigón y la construcción, mientras apoyan nuestros proyectos innovadores.\r\nComo Ingeniero de Campo de Hormigón, será responsable de supervisar los aspectos técnicos de los proyectos de hormigón, garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones, gestionar las medidas de control de calidad y actuar como enlace entre los gerentes de proyecto y los equipos de campo. Este puesto requiere un sólido conocimiento de los materiales de hormigón y las prácticas de construcción, así como excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.\r\n\r\nPrincipales responsabilidades:\r\n·         Asistir en la gestión de las operaciones diarias de proyectos de hormigón en diversos lugares de trabajo.\r\n·         Revisar e interpretar los planos del proyecto, planos técnicos y especificaciones.\r\n·         Asegurar que todo el trabajo cumpla con las normas del sector y las regulaciones de seguridad.\r\n·         Realizar inspecciones en el sitio y evaluaciones de control de calidad para verificar la integridad de los materiales y la calidad del trabajo.\r\n·         Comunicar el progreso del proyecto y los desafíos a las partes interesadas y miembros del equipo.\r\n·         Asistir en la formación y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo sobre las mejores prácticas y medidas de seguridad.\r\n·         Preparar informes del proyecto, incluyendo documentación de materiales utilizados, costos de mano de obra y cumplimiento de seguridad.\r\nRequisitos\r\nCalificaciones: \r\n·         Debe ser personal militar en transición, elegible para el programa DoD SkillBridge.\r\n·         Debe obtener la aprobación del oficial al mando para participar.\r\n·         Conocimiento de los principios de construcción, particularmente en trabajos con hormigón.\r\n·         Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.\r\n·         Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, capaz de colaborar con equipos diversos.\r\n·         Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos técnicos y planos.\r\n·         Experiencia en gestión de proyectos o campo relacionado es un plus.\r\n·         Debe poseer
