Crear un plan de seguridad específico para el sitio de trabajo.\r\n Asistir a las reuniones mensuales de seguridad de Chesapeake.\r\n Coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias en el sitio de trabajo de los subcontratistas y proveedores del cliente, y ayudar en la planificación futura.\r\n Realizar tareas y responsabilidades de control de calidad respecto al trabajo que se está realizando de acuerdo con los documentos del proyecto y presentaciones. Inspeccionar y hacer seguimiento a las entregas de materiales y detalles de instalación para cumplir con los documentos del proyecto (incluyendo presentaciones aprobadas). Emitir notificaciones de incumplimiento a los subcontratistas respecto a calidad, trabajo o programación.\r\n Asegurarse de que el sitio de trabajo siempre se mantenga limpio y organizado.\r\n Llevar un registro diario y subir fotos de las actividades en el sitio de trabajo.\r\n Identificar conflictos en los documentos de construcción y abordarlos con las partes correspondientes o comunicarse con el liderazgo senior del proyecto para su resolución.\r\n Programar y dirigir reuniones semanales previas a la construcción con subcontratistas.
