Desarrolle fuertes relaciones con nuestros cirujanos y proveedores médicos y encuentre aquí en ROC su lugar ideal.\r\nROC está en expansión con la apertura de dos nuevas salas de cirugía en 2025. ¡Únase a nuestro equipo para formar parte de este crecimiento y entusiasmo!\r\n\r\n¿Qué haría como Asistente Principal?\r\nPuede esperar realizar regularmente:\r\n Trabajar con el cirujano para ayudar según sea necesario, incluyendo preparar injertos quirúrgicos, realizar el cierre de incisiones y aplicar diferentes vendajes o férulas;\r\n Preparar la sala de cirugía para la operación, incluyendo ayudar a posicionar adecuadamente al paciente para la cirugía y preparar las salas nuevamente después de que el paciente regrese a recuperación;\r\n Mantener un conocimiento práctico del equipo quirúrgico y las preferencias de los cirujanos.\r\n \r\n\r\nRequisitos\r\n Certificaciones/Educación\r\n Certificación vigente como Asistente Quirúrgico Certificado (CSFA) otorgada por la Junta Nacional de Tecnología Quirúrgica y Asistencia Quirúrgica;\r\n Conocimientos sobre:\r\n Posicionamiento y seguridad adecuados del paciente;\r\n Procedimientos quirúrgicos y equipo/instrumentos necesarios;\r\n Experiencia:\r\n Comunicarse profesionalmente con todos los niveles de personal y proveedores.\r\n \r\nCualificaciones preferidas: ¿Cómo puede destacar entre otros candidatos?
