Comunicarse eficazmente con miembros del equipo interno y externo y facilitar la comunicación para promover una dinámica positiva del equipo. La configuración del equipo de proyecto puede requerir trabajar estrechamente con un Gerente de Proyecto Senior y/o cumplir con las responsabilidades del Ingeniero de Proyecto en un proyecto. \r\n Coordinar reuniones de entrega con estimación y preconstrucción para el inicio de la fase de construcción. Planificar el cronograma de adquisiciones para el equipo. Coordinar la reunión inicial del equipo de construcción y establecer la matriz de responsabilidades y las tareas iniciales y responsabilidades de inicio.\r\n Revisar los términos establecidos del contrato del propietario o ayudar a finalizar el contrato del propietario si aún no se ha ejecutado.\r\n Establecer un cronograma detallado y específico del trabajo con la ayuda del equipo del proyecto. Supervisar el proceso de seguimiento para obtener respuestas oportunas sobre esta documentación. \r\n Preparar actualizaciones regulares de proyecciones de costos y presentarlas internamente mensualmente. Proporcionar documentación requerida junto con proyecciones de costos y análisis de costos. Destacarse en la gestión de costos e implementar eficiencias de costos cuando sea posible.
