Este puesto requiere un nivel intermedio de conocimientos técnicos sobre las regulaciones de PADEP, así como otras regulaciones federales, estatales y locales relacionadas con materiales de construcción peligrosos y regulados. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la supervisión de proyectos de abatement, inspecciones de edificios para materiales peligrosos y pruebas de plomo. Es un plus tener interés, conocimiento o experiencia previa con moho y otros peligros ambientales. El candidato ideal disfrutará una combinación de tiempo en oficina y en campo.
