Son creadores, arquitectos, enfermeros, investigadores, programadores, mercadólogos, facilitadores, desarrolladores, inversionistas y cuidadores, todos enfocados en generar un impacto positivo en la vida de los residentes, sus familias y los miembros del equipo.\r\n¡Estamos buscando un Embajador de Experiencia del Residente para unirse a nuestro increíble equipo!\r\n\r\nResponsabilidades:\r\n Facilitará socializaciones, juegos, manualidades, cocina, películas, salidas, tiempo al aire libre y muchas otras actividades según el horario mensual/diario.\r\n Trabajar con el equipo de Experiencia del Residente para presentar nuevas e interesantes ideas, y animar a otros a ofrecer nuevas sugerencias, para enriquecer el programa mensual planeado.\r\n Ayudar en la creación y ajuste del plan de Experiencia del Residente para cada uno.\r\n Asegurarse de que cada residente reciba una copia del calendario mensual de actividades.\r\n Invitar, involucrar y fomentar la participación de todos los residentes en la medida en que se sientan cómodos participando.\r\n Ayudar a trasladar a los residentes a y desde todas las actividades.\r\n Utilizar Lifeloop para documentar la asistencia a actividades programadas y a interacciones individuales (1:1).\r\n Identificar y reportar al Director de Experiencia del Residente cualquier preocupación personal, emocional, cognitiva o ambiental que impida o limite la capacidad de un residente para participar en alguna actividad.\r\n Ser capaz de mantener un enfoque en el cliente, tratando a los demás con respeto e integridad.\r\n Podría manejar la camioneta o vehículo de la empresa por diversas razones según lo requiera la comunidad.\r\n Puede realizar otras tareas asignadas.\r\nRequisitos\r\n Experiencia previa en la organización de actividades o planificación de eventos es deseable.\r\n De uno (1) a dos (2) años de experiencia trabajando con adultos mayores es deseable.\r\n Demostrar capacidad para usar el juicio y la discreción independientes al tomar decisiones en el mejor interés del residente.\r\n Capacidad para comunicarse verbalmente, por escrito y mediante imágenes cuando sea necesario.\r\n Ser capaz de operar equipos de oficina estándar.\r\n Capacidad para utilizar la tecnología de forma eficaz y eficiente, incluyendo computadoras, iPad/tableta, programas de Word, acceso a internet, correo electrónico, redes sociales y plataformas de software de Experiencia del Residente.\r\n El puesto requiere responsabilidades de manejo; debe poseer una licencia de conducir válida con un historial aceptable según la Política de Vehículos Motorizados de la empresa.\r\n Ser capaz de pensar de forma creativa e independiente para alcanzar objetivos valiosos.\r\n Ser capaz de innovar para crear y generar soluciones y programas.\r\n Ser capaz de actuar resolviendo problemas, mostrando juicio y una comprensión realista de los temas.
